At GraphX we want you to have the best understanding and clarity when it comes to how things work in GraphX. GraphX lets the client have transparency in what we do and what the costs are for. We also want to make sure we can effectively communicate with our clients and create what the client has in mind to their ideal the best we can.
Steps To Get Your Graphic
Step 1 - Find your product
Find the kind of product that you want. Check out the pricing tables as well on this page.
Step 2 - Contact us!
Contact us! Go to the "Contact" page and fill out the form. We've put the products table on that page for ease so you do not have to go back and forth between pages.
Step 3 - Discuss details
Once the contact has been established and you have gotten a response, details about what you would like should be mentioned.
Step 4 - Price negotiation
After the details have been discussed, pricing can be negotiated. At this time you will also be paying half the amount of the total cost.
Step 5 - Keep in contact
Keep in contact with your graphic designer. Your graphic designer will also make a schedule as to when they will contact you on progress or they will contact you if they have any other questions about details that may have been missed.
Step 6 - Get your product
Your graphic designer will discuss how you will receive the product. If physical items need to be delivered, shipping may apply to these costs. Tracking will be put on these packages to ensure that the items are delivered. You will also be paying the rest of the cost.

That depends on how long the client has the timeline for. We allow the client to suggest an appropriate timeline that the graphic can be done in. While we also want to keep it professional and within reasonable time.

At GraphX we have a team dedicated to answering inquiries we get from the form. You should expect a response within 1-2 business days.
Prices can be negotiated after contact has been established and ideas have been pitched. Generally we do not stray too far away from the prices listed since many of our clients find the prices to be more than reasonable.
