Assignment 14: Rough Draft

Scope

For this project, I want to do my topic on some of the CSS that we learned, including using inline, internal, and external CSS. The purpose of this project is for the final and to teach the class/others a little about CSS. The objectives of the video will be to define what CSS is and how it’s used. I also want to explain some of the reasons that CSS would be used/why it’s used. In the video, I would be showing both a presentation as well as a demo for visuals and I plan on speaking using my voice.

Assignment 14 Paragraph

In this session, I learned about project management and the different parts of managing a project. The first part that I learned, which is currently what I’m at, is the planning of the project. It tells the scope, purposes, objectives, and other things in this part of the project management. I also learned about a Gantt chart which helps with project management since I am able to create a schedule and see how that works out with the chart that follows as well. After learning about the planning aspect, the next part is initiating and doing the project. One of the things that are important to keep in mind that I learned, was that you need to think of the audience/stakeholders because they will be the people who are seeing the final product or outcome. After creating a rough version of the project you should also get feedback from the stakeholders for constructive criticism so you can improve it and make the final product better. This session on project management is useful in the future since regardless of whatever kind of career I go into, I will be doing projects and I’ll need to keep on track as well as get revisions so that when the project is over, it’s at the best it can be.
